Hello, my name is Rachelle Grasso, and I am the Building Department Manager at Titan Builders. With over 2 years of experience in the construction industry, I have developed a deep passion for this field and continually strive to learn and grow.
As head of the Building Department, I take pride in providing excellent communication and enthusiastic leadership to our clients. I am involved in all phases of building projects, including coordinating plan design, permitting, selections, and pricing. Alongside our project manager, I am fully committed to supporting you throughout the entire project, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
I am dedicated to delivering premium services and making our clients' dreams a reality. Working in the construction industry allows me to combine my expertise with my passion, creating spaces that exceed expectations. I strive to provide each and every client with a premium service.
In my role, I am also committed to staying updated on industry trends and advancements. I actively participate in professional organizations and attend workshops to enhance my skills and knowledge.

As a seasoned professional in the construction industry, I have been dedicated to the world of building and contracting since the age of 14. With a passion for creating homes and shaping communities, my journey led me to become a certified builder and the first BIAW certified builder on the Olympic Peninsula.
Currently serving as the President of the North Peninsula Building Association, I actively contribute to the growth and development of the industry. My commitment extends to leadership roles, having chaired the Remodelers Council at BIAW and holding the position of Treasurer at the Washington Affordable Housing Council.
Beyond the construction site, I am a self-proclaimed "house nerd," finding immense joy in the art of home building. Away from the blueprints and construction materials, I cherish moments with my two kids and fiancé, exploring my love for sports, outdoors, fishing, and hunting.

Jeff has 25 years of experience in construction being an insulator, sider and framer. He then became employed with Titan Builders LLC since they opened in 2009. He has worked his way up the ladder now being a Project Manager. He also oversees the home building processes and interacts with clients and subcontractors to make sure we are exceeding our clients needs. Jeff enjoys fishing and being outdoors.

Hello, my name is Josh Page and I have been with the company for over 16 years. With my time of dedicated service, I am a seasoned professional proudly serving as a Superintendent with Titan Builders. In my position, I play a pivotal role in steering various projects to success. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my hands-on approach to scheduling, ordering, and overall project management.
At Titan Builders, I ensure that every project meets and exceeds the high standards set by our company. Drawing from decades of experience, I find fulfillment in my work, making each day an exciting and enjoyable. My passion for providing an exceptional and meaningful experience to our clients is the driving force behind my dedication.
